The plate
Scallop tartare under black caviar, set on a crisp shell over chilled river stones in a matte black bowl. It is a one-bite course, which means every element has to be placed rather than poured — and it has to look exactly like this by the time it reaches a guest standing on a terrace in Phuket.
Art Box Catering is not a budget caterer. The kitchen works to restaurant standards, with professional presentation and logistics rehearsed in advance, for private clients, corporate clients, luxury villas, yachts and events across Phuket and Southern Thailand.
